Summer is ending

It is hard to believe that summer is coming to an end...not to mention 2011 is close to an end as well!
Where does the time go? I did not even realize it had been over 2 months that I had blogged!
It has not been the best summer. We have had record heat...and no rain.
We have been stuck in this house day after miserable day. I am so ready for it to cool off so I can take Ky to the park.
I am sad to say I have let the summer waste away :(
I am still sick....new meds are not helping in fact I think they are making the situation worse. I keep thinking someday...someday I will feel better but its looking like I may need to just suck it up and have surgery.
On a positive note Ky is reading quite a bit now. He still needs help and he has a hard time with compound words but he is getting there.
We are going to be learning the states this year so if anyone would like to exchange post cards with Ky we will be looking for someone from every state!
